Position Description


The position holder is primarily responsible for revenue generation through the acquisition of new customers and strategic alliances with existing customers.

Principle Accountabilities


  • Contact businesses within the TelSpiel service territory, perform a needs analysis, and provide a detailed solution to these customers.
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects Assist with marketing strategy and sales support.
  • Responsible for the initial integration/configuration of all regulated and deregulated solutions and services, which may require written proposals or product demonstrations.
  • During this process, the Inside Sales Executive will interface with, and as needed, give direction to other departments within TelSpiel to ensure customer satisfaction with the services provided.
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
  • Develop trusted partner relationships with all customers to retain and grow revenues over time.
Additional Responsibilities


  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
  • Continually evaluate business processes and recommend improvements.
  • Participate in revenue budget forecasting and ongoing budget variance reporting.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities


  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
  • Must have exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written) and a strong drive to help customers with creative solutions.
  • Strong listening and analytical skills are required to determine customer needs and requests.
  • Strong presentation skills are required, both in person and via teleconference or videoconference.
  • Ability to make sound decisions with the information at hand, with the end goal of customer satisfaction and positive revenue generation.
  • Well organized, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills allowing to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Valid ID & Address Proof.
Education and Experience Required


  • Full-time Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, or similar diploma or degree courses. (Relevant business sales experience may be substituted)
  • Freshers with or Minimum of 1+ years of experience in inside sales, enterprise business, corporate sales, or key account management in the telecommunication or similar industry.
  • Strong background in revenue growth in related positions within the industry or similar industries.
  • Cursory understanding of Telecommunication, Digital Marketing, Cloud
Communication Platforms, or Mobile Marketing terms.


Salary:
Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
