Role and Responsibilities
1.
_Qualify Prospects_:
Engage with leads to understand their needs, assess their level of interest, and determine their potential as qualified sales opportunities.
2._Conduct product demonstrations:
_ Effectively present product features and benefits to potential customers, addressing their questions and concerns.
3.
_Close sales:
_ Follow up with prospects, negotiate terms, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
4.
_Maintain accurate records_:
Update customer information, sales activities, and opportunities in the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date reporting.
5.
_Stay up to date:
_ Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and product enhancements to effectively position our solutions in the market.
6.
_Collaborate with the team:
_ Work closely with the sales team to share market insights, coordinate efforts, and contribute to the achievement of team goals.
7._Meet performance metrics:
_ Achieve and exceed assigned key performance indicators (KPIs), including call volume, conversion rates, and revenue goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or IT field
- MBA (preferred but not required)
- Proficiency in spoken English is must.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule, including working from 2pm to 11pm.
