Sales team; Profile:

FREIGHT BROKER who act as a liaison between customer and a transportation company ,negotiating upon the pricing ,keeping proper documentation and formal legalities intact followed by generating the profits. To which company in turn benefits the employees by sharing fixed profit percentage accordingly as long as the matrix flows.

FREIGHT BROKER- responsibilities would include:

Nurturing your current client base, securing new accounts, expediting the informationsharing process, and communicating with clients, carriers, etc.
Maintain current clients, generate leads and attract new prospects, and develop a sales pipeline.
Good understanding of the freight industry.
Excellent communication skills and effective listening.
Zeal to work in a sales profile and hunger towards incentives.
Maintain a positive and productive relationship with customers.
