Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and proposing appropriate solutions.
  • Identify potential clients and markets to expand the company's customer base.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends.
  • Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and online research.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Present, negotiate, and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.

Salary:
₹9, ₹25,000.00 per month

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Sales: 1 year (preferred)
  • Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
