Responsibilities:

  • Create the necessary support or assets for the projection of images.
  • Collaborate with the Direction Department in order to determine the matte painting requirements and locations.
  • Create matte paintings for sometimes complex camera-mapping.
  • Ability to produce concept art that conveys the style, lighting and tone of assignment.
  • Ability to create painted environments and landscapes appropriate for the look of the film.
  • Ability to create matte painting studies and color thumbnail paintings in development of a given scene.
  • Needs to be able to paint to match rendered images with precision.
  • Obtain a level of realism based on the art direction of the project.
  • Perform tasks and corrections given by the Supervisor and Director by demonstrating analytical skill and proactivity.
  • Ability to complete paintings within a fast paced, dynamic, deadline driven environment, according to expectations.
  • Along with technical colleague, responsible for troubleshooting the components they've painted.
  • Ability to take Art direction well, to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Maintain a good team dynamic.

Qualifications:

  • College diploma or equivalent in Visual Effects/3D Animation.
  • Strong knowledge of PHOTOSHOP
  • Good knowledge and ability with perspective, color and value matching.
  • A good understanding of 2D and 3D workflows within a feature film environment.
  • Knowledge of traditional painting and drawing techniques.

Pay:
₹9, ₹12,000.00 per month

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Delhi, South , Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
