Required for Saudi Arabia
- Knowledge in global instructions and EU instructions
- Knowledge of GMP Good Manufacturing Practices
- Ministry of Health Instructions
- Public Safety Laws
- Proficiency with MS Office Tools
- Experience using material handling equipment, SAP, or similar inventory management systems.
- Cold supply chain knowledge
- Forklift truck qualified.

Duties and Responsibilities (But not limited to)
Executive & Technical Duties
- Perform daily warehouse operation processes, including inbound, outbound, storage, and replenishment.
- Manage shipping activities, freight, and logistics functions pick, pack, label, schedule, ship.
- Work with inventory management systems and execute cycle count and reconciliation activities to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Support the optimization and efficient utilization of the warehouse space.
- Assist in regulatory inspections, perform safety and quality audits, and answer relevant questions about packaging, methods, storage, and inventory for internal and external stakeholders.
- Work closely with freight forwarders, receiving parties, and internal clients.
- Train and follow SOP and work instructions and comply with cGMP regulations and safety guidelines.
- Restocking of GMP supplies/components in the production area
- Gowning
- Maintain training and qualification.
General Administrative Duties
- Comply with relevant national and international HSE laws and policies as well as maintain records and reports related to health, safety, and environmental aspects.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Pay:
From ₹250,000.00 per month
