Description

You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning and collaboration between our Indian and US teams. You will manage creative projects, foster effective communication, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality creative outputs.

Your expertise in project management, team coordination, and cultural understanding will be instrumental in facilitating seamless collaboration across different geographies.

Responsibilities:

This is an US shift working Starts at 9:00 PM IST:

Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the creative team in India, including graphic designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals.
Act as the primary point of contact between the Indian and US teams, fostering effective communication, and ensuring alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Develop and implement project management strategies to ensure efficient workflow, timely execution, and successful completion of creative projects.
Collaborate closely with the US team to understand project requirements, objectives, and creative vision, and effectively communicate these to the Indian team.
Provide guidance, support, and feedback to the creative team in India, ensuring their professional growth, high performance, and adherence to quality standards.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, such as marketing managers, clients, and other teams, to gather project requirements, manage expectations, and ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct regular project status meetings, review project progress, identify potential issues or roadblocks, and proactively find solutions to keep projects on track.
Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines to optimize efficiency and achieve project objectives.
Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, communications, or design.
Proven experience (3+ years) in project management, preferably in a creative or advertising agency environment.
Strong understanding of the creative process, including design, copywriting, and production workflows.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams across different locations and time zones.
Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
Cultural sensitivity and an understanding of the nuances of working in a global environment.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Familiarity with design software and tools is a plus.
A proactive and solutionoriented mindset, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and effectively solve problems.
Leadership abilities, with experience in managing and motivating creative teams.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality work.
Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
