**JOB TYPE:

  • FULL TIME**Profile Introduction:
  • As a Pre-Sales Associate in our real estate division, you will be an integral part of our sales team, leveraging your exceptional communication skills and industry knowledge to engage potential clients. Your role will involve understanding client needs, showcasing available properties, and guiding them through the initial stages of their real estate journey.

Responsibilities:


  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their real estate requirements and preferences.
  • Showcase properties, highlighting their features, benefits, and unique selling points.
  • Provide detailed information on market trends, pricing, and comparative property analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to qualify leads and initiate the sales process.
  • Maintain a database of potential clients and follow up on inquiries promptly.
  • Attend networking events and exhibitions to promote our properties and services.
  • Assist in preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals as needed.

Requirements:


  • Indepth knowledge of the local real estate market, trends, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
  • A valid real estate license (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Languages:
  • English, Hindi,Marathi

Salary:

₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
