The Team:
The current position is with Center of Excellence for PETA, PO & Transactions. COE's sole purpose is to drive Quality, Innovation and automation. The team works on principles of uncompromising standards of quality, transparency in projects, data insights, performing UAT, building automation and governance capabilities and enabling standardization of reporting to internal and external stakeholders


The Impact:


We are looking for an individual, who can work with business across cluster, has a sophisticated grasp of business drivers; finds novel ways to increase own contribution and operating without boundaries which acts as an early adopter of new technologies, technical skills, and capabilities, leading to regular and ongoing enhancements to solutions that capitalize on emerging trends.


Responsibilities:

Support the data workflow process and generate innovative ideas for research practices. Analyzes errors and gaps in data sets and data quality and identifies solutions to fix issues
Support the reporting process that supports business needs and assists managers in creating reports and automating reports to increase efficiency and productivity
Support operational or project teams in planning and implementing process and operational changes across businesses

Liaises with data and technology teams globally to streamline the data/content management process workflow and ensures new processes are implemented and integrated without compromising data integrity.

Support business governance team across assigned business/region for workflow systems with a focus on managing process and functionality improvements.
Support the release testing process.
Design new process guidelines, write business procedures and training materials, and leads implementation plans and stakeholder communications.


What We're Looking For:


Basic Qualifications:

Post Graduate Degree (Major Finance)
Good Written and Verbal Communication
Advance SQL and Python
Client centric mindset
Analytical mindset and strong in logical reasoning
Ability to prioritize, multi-task and effective Time Utilization/Project Management skills
A Positive attitude, strong interest in technology and data.
Ability to interact with many levels and to face and deal with issues in a mature and professional manner
Minimum 4 years of Prior Work experience


Preferred Qualifications:

Working knowledge of Excel Macro & Data Visualization Tools
Knowledge on lean/Automation or Related Certification
Hands on experience in developing and executing SQL Queries and python
Minimum 4 years of Prior Work experience in related industry (Financial Services)
Strong command over Financial Markets, Corporate Actions & Financial Products (Equity, Derivatives & Debt Instruments)
Proven expertise in creating Dashboards on Power bi/Tableau
Working knowledge of Excel Macro /VBA/ Data Visualization Tools
Analytical mindset and strong in logical reasoning
Ability to prioritize, multi-task and effective Time Utilization/Project Management skills
An inquisitive and investigative nature.
A Positive attitude, strong interest in research, flair for writing and an eye for detail.
Strong Partnership oriented mindset
Comfortable taking initiative and demonstrating resourcefulness
Minimum 4-5 years of Prior Work experience in related industry (Financial Services)
