Job Description/Assignments - Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Ensure compliance with applicable rules pertaining to safety and health.
Improvise and suggest new method for safety practices.
Development, implementation and maintenance of safety and loss prevention program including safe work practice /safe job procedure and site emergency response plan.
Coordination for statutory audits and site inspections. Maintaining all records related to audit.
Assessing risk and possible safety hazard of all aspects of operation.
Conduct equipment, risk assessments before start-up of site or any changes in the workplace environment and any modification done.
Conducting quarterly /monthly safety meeting and discussing issues related to unsafe behavior to control.
Focusing on employees training, up to date safety induction, fire safety, first aid and maintain training record of all such individual.
Creating safety plans that include suggested improvements to existing infrastructure and business process.
Investigating causes of accidents and other unsafe condition on the job site.
