Design in-charge Bespoke Projects

Responsibilities:


  • Understand client briefs and present them to Creative Director / Studio Head.
  • Based on their recommendations, conceptualize the designs independently or with artists as required, then create mood boards to match the design vision.
  • Select techniques and launch samples in consultation with team.
  • Prepare and verify all the necessary information to determine the costing.
  • Source materials and fabrics and update the library on a regular basis.
  • Handing over the orders to production and in consultation with the team, set a timeline for the completion of the project
  • Coordinate with external vendors and coordinate onsite Installation of the projects as required

Requirements:


  • Background in design with a knowledge of or an exposure to hand embroidery.
  • Prior design experience with têxtile/home furnishing companies/design studios.
  • Creative, imaginative, artistic, with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in regard to communicating an artistic vision.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Illustrator, SketchUp or similar design software.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Tamil or Hindi would be a plus.
Experience - 2 to 3 years


Pay:
₹750, ₹850,000.00 per year
