**Job Purpose
Radio Planning in Circle & coordination with RAN CODE team for related activities

**Key Result Areas/ Accountabilities

Efficient Radio Capex planning to support TUP business goals (in coordination with RAN CODE)
Striking balance between Network & Business team expectation
Lending required support for M/w Capex Planning to CODE
Completion of RAN / MW Rollout as per the approved budget and within the specified timelines. Performance check of new rollout site & capacity addition
Ensuring timely submission of all monthly Corporate / Regulatory reporting

**Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

Expertise in Radio planning of 2G/3G/LTE
Knowledge of M/w Planning Basics
Experienced in introduction of new technologies like Massive MIMOs, residential femtos etc
Knowledge of HetNet, Small Cells planning and feature deployments across technologies
Expertise in using tools like Google Earth, Mapinfo

**Must have technical / professional qualifications
