As part of our marketing and communications team, we are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join us in creating compelling YouTube videos and social media content that effectively showcase our products, services, and brand.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Develop and execute creative concepts for YouTube videos and social media content that aligns with our company's messaging and objectives.
Video Editing: Utilize industrystandard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro) to edit and produce highquality videos, ensuring seamless transitions, engaging storytelling, and compelling visual effects.
Storytelling: Craft captivating narratives through video editing, incorporating audio, video footage, graphics, and animations to create a cohesive and impactful story.
Video Optimization: Optimize videos for different platforms, considering various aspect ratios, video lengths, and file formats to ensure maximum reach and engagement on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media channels.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements, align on content strategy, and deliver videos that meet the company's goals and objectives.
Branding and Consistency: Maintain a consistent visual style, tone, and branding across all videos to reinforce our company's identity and increase brand recognition.
Postproduction: Enhance video footage with color correction, audio adjustments, and visual effects to create polished and professional final products.
Research and Trends: Stay uptodate with the latest video editing techniques, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve our video content and keep it fresh and relevant.
Asset Management: Organize and manage video assets, including raw footage, graphics, audio files, and other resources, ensuring they are easily accessible for future projects and collaborations.
Feedback and Iteration: Actively seek feedback from stakeholders and incorporate suggestions for improvements, making iterative edits and revisions as necessary.

Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a portfolio showcasing your creative and technical skills in video editing and content creation.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools, with a strong understanding of editing techniques, transitions, color grading, and audio mixing.
Creativity: Ability to conceptualize and execute innovative video ideas that engage audiences and align with the company's brand.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure highquality output, including accurate timing, smooth transitions, and flawless visual effects.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams, interpret project briefs, and incorporate feedback.
Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and deliver highquality work under pressure.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements, timelines, and priorities in a fastpaced environment.
Passion for Technology: Keen interest in the IT industry and enthusiasm for learning about emerging technologies and industry trends.
Portfolio: A diverse portfolio demonstrating your proficiency in video editing, storytelling, and creating engaging content for YouTube and social media platforms.

Salary:
₹3, ₹5,000.00 per hour
