BSMART SOLUTIONS is a solutions company that specializes in the manufacturing of various Blow molding products and providing cold chain logistics.
We are hiring a talented Dispatch Coordinator professional to join our team.Job Responsibilities:
- Plan production as per the raw material available and other criteria like printing and specific packing instructions
- Follow up with the client for their order requirements plan production and dispatch schedule.
- Maintain a Excel sheet for the same maintaining records of quantity and other raw material used for production.
- Maintain physical and documents for all finished goods, semifinished goods, raw
- Should Communicate with Customer regarding complaint in quality of product. & resolve problems. Same has to be communicated to Supervisors, operator & Management.
- Interact with Client regarding PO, Dispatch schedule, Raw material supply, reco report etc.
Qualifications:
- High proficiency in computer technology and systems operations
- Indepth understanding of industry market trends and conditions
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work efficiently in a team environment
- Basic mathematical arithmetic skills
- Freshers with graduations and diploma degree can also apply.
Salary:
₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
