Description
Meeting customers, recording and maintaining details of meetings

  • Marketing and promoting APPL products and services
  • Receiving and handling enquiries and contract related documents
  • Getting approval from the HOD for amendment in customer contracts
  • Taking customer feedback and conducting customer survey
  • Maintaining customer relations
  • Forecasting of customer orders
  • Give quotation to customers after approval from HOD and follow up after that
  • Maintain record of customer orders
  • Maintain list of all customers
  • Handle and maintain all documentation related to customer orders
  • Doing all the necessary groundwork before meeting the customer
  • Making presentations and other data to present to the customer
  • Maintaining excel sheets for various records
  • Able to read engineering drawing & specification

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical
