You should be able to deal with complaints, queries and give accurate information to our valued customer.

Desired Experience Range: 1 or 1+ year of relevant experience.

Essential Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls of customers.
Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues, and provide solutions.
Resolve customers' concerns and answer customers' questions to your best ability.
Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers' complaints.
Refer issues and questions to managers if necessary.
Prepare customer reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions.

Desired Skills:

Proficient in English (oral and written) & people skills.
Good organizational, time management & multitasking abilities.
Problemsolving skills.
Customer service orientation.
High School diploma, additional qualifications will be a plus.
