Key Responsibilities:

Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and tools, and integrate these into training materials.

Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training, making adjustments as needed.

Collaborate with team members to continually improve training content and delivery methods.

Participate in relevant workshops, conferences, and professional development opportunities.


Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in digital marketing.

Proven experience in training, coaching, or a related field.

Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to create interactive and engaging learning materials.

Familiarity with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or related field.
