Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing and posting of marketing content on social media channels
- Supporting customers in the setup of their websites using relevant tools
- Handle customer engagement calls required for setups
- Monitor customer accounts on required metrics
- Ensure timely completion of tasks at required quality
- Respond to and resolve customer questions and concerns
- Create effective reports on work and outcomes
Requirements and skills
- Basic Internet skills and ability learn and use web and mobile tools
- Understanding of website requirements and various social media
- Interest in health and wellness is an advantage
- Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities
- Ability to define processes for new workflows
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Education
- Bachelor's degree at minimum with competence in digital marketing and communication
