Job duties & Responsibilities:


  • Engage in cold calling to establish new business
  • Pitching Solutions to the customers as per the script to the customer and getting meetings for the sales team based on qualification of the opportunity.
  • Listen actively during calls for sales opportunities and client's needs, while being conscientious and attentive to details.
  • Identify sales opportunities by exploring client needs.
  • Converse intelligently about all issues, displaying excellent telephone and interpersonal communication (written and verbal) skills.
  • Followup with clients on quotes and orders to ensure excellent client service.
  • Understand the negotiating interests of both CyberNX Technologies and the client while displaying strong technical knowledge.
  • Ask questions that move clients forward in their buying process.
  • Follow up thoroughly on each client commitment, prospecting, qualifying, an developing profitable new account relationships.
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of leading industry trends in Security, Networking, Infrastructure & Availability
  • Leverage resources to provide added value to customers in order to maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Attend Company and vendor training and webinars, as directed.

Skills:


  • Must be motivated by cold calling, asking probing questions and gathering information.
  • Inside Sales Skills
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written

Pay:
₹300, ₹500,000.00 per year
