Ensure the best standards in delighting the customer
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Achieve best in class First-TimeResolution rates and turnaround time for customer needs.

Requirements and skills

Any Graduate /Undergraduate with more than six months of International Chat/ Voice experience would be considered.
Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication skills in English is required
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Any fresher carry good communication skills will be eligible to apply.

Salary:
₹180, ₹300,000.00 per year
