Female sales executiveA real estate sales executive's responsibilities may include:
- Marketing: Developing a strategy, monitoring campaigns, and tracking sales
- Contacting clients: Sending newsletters, updates, and calls to customers
- Identifying leads: Monitoring the housing market and looking for new prospects
- Working with partners: Cooperating on potential projects with current business partners
- Negotiating: Negotiating contracts and packages
- Providing guidance: Helping buyers and sellers purchase properties for the right price and terms
- Assessing clients: Understanding their needs and financial capabilities
- Performing analysis: Comparing properties to similar ones that have recently sold to determine their value
- Promoting sales: Using advertisements, open houses, and multiple listing services
- Preparing paperwork: Creating contracts, leases, deeds, and closing statements
- Managing auctions: Organizing property auctions or exchanges
Pay:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
