Description
Customer support executive will be primarily responsible for handlingcustomer queries in a professional and timely manner. You should be able to
oversee your team members and provide support as and when required. Also,
you should be able to conduct follow-up calls. You should have excellent
communication skills and the ability to offer an enhanced customer
experience.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- You would be in the front lines of problem solving for the product after the sales team.
- Should be able to handle 4060 calls per day.
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
- Should be able to create customer satisfaction by solving their queries and handling their complaints.
- Provide complete and accurate information by using the right way and right methods.
- Should be able to work with sales team also, to stay updated about the product or any required changes.
- Conduct follow ups to ensure complete resolution of issues.
- Should to be able to build a trustworthy and positive relationship with
REQUIRED SKILLS
- 01 years of work experience in the same field. (Edtech Experience)
- Fresher's can be considered.
- Must have good communication skills(written as well as oral )
Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
