Description
Customer support executive will be primarily responsible for handling

customer queries in a professional and timely manner. You should be able to

oversee your team members and provide support as and when required. Also,

you should be able to conduct follow-up calls. You should have excellent

communication skills and the ability to offer an enhanced customer

experience.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You would be in the front lines of problem solving for the product after the sales team.
  • Should be able to handle 4060 calls per day.
  • Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
  • Should be able to create customer satisfaction by solving their queries and handling their complaints.
  • Provide complete and accurate information by using the right way and right methods.
  • Should be able to work with sales team also, to stay updated about the product or any required changes.
  • Conduct follow ups to ensure complete resolution of issues.
  • Should to be able to build a trustworthy and positive relationship with
- customers.


REQUIRED SKILLS

  • 01 years of work experience in the same field. (Edtech Experience)
  • Fresher's can be considered.
  • Must have good communication skills(written as well as oral )

Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
