Responsibilities of MIS Executives

Coordinating with the sales team for their sales performance tracking & head office Instruction followup.
Tracking the sales team performance for all teams on day to day basis.
Reporting the sales team performance on daily basis.
Preparing MIS report & sharing the final analysis report with management for further strategy development.
Preparing sales incentive plan & marketing schemes and making sure proper implementation.
Coordinating between sales, marketing, product development & service department for smooth operations and sales process.
Preparing MIS report & sales Analysis report.
Working as medium between Management and Sales team.
