Job Summary:


Responsibilities:


Content Conceptualization:
Develop innovative and engaging video content ideas aligned with brand objectives. Plan, script, and shoot videos tailored for diverse social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).


Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure seamless alignment with overall marketing strategies and campaigns. Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary assets for video production.


Continuous Improvement:
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance content quality and audience engagement. Experiment with new formats, styles, and storytelling techniques to keep content fresh and innovative.


Optimization:
Optimize videos for different social media platforms and target audiences, ensuring maximum reach and impact. Analyze video performance metrics, derive insights, and use data to refine content strategy.


Budgeting and Execution:
Create and manage budgets and timelines for end-to-end execution of video projects. Basic understanding of video editing software would be an additional advantage.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience (2 years) as a Video Content Creator or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing video production skills.
  • Creative thinking, storytelling abilities, and a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English, with a camerafriendly presence.
  • Willingness to travel when required.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their video requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Communications, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and video optimization techniques.

Salary:
₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
