    Profile:- Project Manager

    Job Location:- Bangalore

    Job Description:-
    • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
    • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress against milestones and KPIs.
    • Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact project delivery.
    • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between development, operations, quality assurance, and other teams to ensure alignment and integration of DevOps practices.
    • Facilitate communication and transparency through regular status updates, project meetings, and reporting.
    • Manage project resources, including personnel, budgets, and external vendors/consultants.
    • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in DevOps processes, tools, and technologies.
    • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.

    Skills:-
    • Solid project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Slack).
    • Hands-on experience with the standard delivery processes and project management processes
    • Strong understanding of identity Governance principles, concepts, and technologies.
    • Experience in handling identity-aware integration for complex enterprise and SaaS applications.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Relevant certifications such as PMP, and Scrum Master are a plus.

    Qualifications:-
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
