Minimum 8+ years in IT Support in Java and BY Products (TM, LP & FA - Must Required)

Technical skills (Must have):

Working experience on BY Products like
Transportation Management (TM), Logistics Procurement (LP) & Freight Auction (FA)
Working knowledge on
GT Nexus portal
Good development and deep expertise with
Java/J2EE, Web Application/Web Services with Tomcat, SOAP/REST Webservices.
Knowledge on IDE tools
(Eclipse Neon & SQL Developer)
Knowledge of
common data structure formats like XML, JSON
Experience in one or more relational databases such as
Oracle .
Good knowledge on
SQL queries.
Knowledge & experience in rates design and configurations within TMS
Ability to lead and manage product support teams covering multiple geographies & time zone.

Additional skills (Desired):

Experience troubleshooting technologically challenging customer issues. Able to use advanced debugging techniques including analysis of tracing, and performance tuning and monitoring
Knowledge in data analysis & Manual testing (SOAPUI / Post Man)
