Sales Executive - Tyres Industry

Responsibilities:


  • Own overall Sales for all Product lines in both Revenue & Volume terms
  • Develop and manage sales channels effectively
  • Ensure timely collection of receivables
  • Maintain a positive company image to stakeholders
  • Achieve Annual Sales Plan targets for the assigned territory
  • Monitor Sales & Collections performance consistently
  • Implement sales channel management strategies
  • Regularly monitor market performance, segment, and dealerwise
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs
  • Submit periodic Sales reports on time
  • Develop a longterm Sales Plan aligned with the Company's vision
  • Create and implement a channel development plan
  • Formulate a collection plan
  • Build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders
  • Develop a territory service support plan

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the Tyres Industry
  • Strong channel development and management skills
  • Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding abilities
  • Resultoriented mindset
  • Familiarity with market trends and performance monitoring
  • Ability to work independently and collaborativel

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹9, ₹24,715.39 per month
