Key Responsibilities:


Incident Resolution:
Provide second-level support for ArcSight-related incidents and service requests. Investigate and troubleshoot issues escalated from L1 support, ensuring timely resolution and mínimal impact on operations.


Problem Management:
Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and work towards long-term solutions. Collaborate with the development and engineering teams to implement fixes and improvements.


Configuration and Performance Tuning:
Assist in the configuration and tuning of ArcSight components to optimize performance. Work closely with the L1 support team to ensure proper implementation of ArcSight configurations.


Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:
Maintain and update documentation related to incident resolution procedures, configurations, and known issues. Share knowledge and best practices with the L1 support team to enhance overall support capabilities.


Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate with other support teams, system administrators, and security analysts to address issues and improve the overall security infrastructure.

Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on issue resolution and preventive measures.


Qualifications:
B.Tech in Information Technology, or a related field.
Good experience in L2 support, with a focus on ArcSight.
In-depth knowledge of ArcSight ESM, Logger, and Connector technologies.
Strong understanding of IT security concepts and practices.
