Description

Experience-1-2 years
Ensure RFQ, Quotes and Purchase Requisition (PR) are in line with Guidelines and highlight deviation if any,
Perform arithmetical checks of RFQ, Quotes with PR and highlight errors/omission/deviation if any

Creation of Purchase Orders in SAP (revenue/Capex/Services), Maintain negotiations saving Tracker in Excel

Maintain agreement & AMC tracker and highlight agreement /AMCs due for renewal

Filing /Upload/Archival of records

Assist Unit technical team/Vendors/Service providers in necessary HSN/SAC correction in Invoices/PO

Update Vendor Master in SAP

Ensure timely payment of Statutory Fee, Utilities bills such as Power, Fuel & Water.
Ensure timely payment to Vendors/Suppliers and Service Providers,
Review of GR/IR and Pending GRN as per VIM System and co-ordinate for necessary actions

Assist Unit Finance Team/Unit Finance Manager in monthly/Quarterly book closing activities

₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
