Your field of responsibility
Join us as in Product Control in the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Team.

Primary responsibility of the function is to ensure complete, accurate and timely reporting of the Firm's P&L, Balance Sheet along with detailed Analysis.

Product Control also guards the banks trading activities via the provision of reliable and significant financial information provided to the business managers, external business partners and other relevant internal constituents.

As an AVP in Central Product Control Analytics, you will:

  • Responsible for analysis of Intercompany & Intracompany balances related to Derivative & Loans
  • Investigation of InterCo. breaks reasons & review extinguishment journals prepared by your team, to be incorporated into the CS Group Financials
  • Preparation and posting journals required under US GAAP / IFRS requirements pertaining to specific derivative & debt products
  • Consolidation & analysis of CS Own Debts & Own Shares positions for extinguishment in the CS Group financials
  • Facilitate the closure of Books/ Departments which are no more required for Trading purposes after ensuring due diligence are complied with
  • Independently lead a team of 34 resources & manage the teams performance, expectations & career goals
  • Ensure delivery is satisfactory in accordance with the KPI and KRI for the control function

Your skills and experience

  • Chartered Accountant / MBA from a reputed institute
  • 7+ years of experience in Product Control / Accounting / Financial Reporting
  • Selfmotivated with drive for excellence and strong Analytical ability
  • Good Written & Oral Communication
  • Organizational skills & prior experience with people / team management
  • Accuracy and attention to details
  • Panache for innovation, optimization & efficiency
  • Working knowledge of VBA / R Code / Python is preferred.
