We are Hiring Travel Co - Ordinator for an MNC Company

Location:
Koramangala, Bangalore.

Experience: 1 to 2 Years

Key Responsibilities

Researches and compares available travel and hotel accommodations to identify the best available option

for each travel need.

When travel arrangements are within approved travel reasons and budget limits, makes all arrangements

and reservations as requested.

Obtains approval from line managers for every travel requests before processing.
Advises travelers and assists with any need for specialized travel documents such as visas or passports.
Provide and advise on travel documents, insurance, import/export regulations etc.
Ensure compliance in all aspects of travel procedures

Shift Timing:

8AM IST to 5PM IST only

Other Skills:

Excellent communication (oral and written) and negotiation skills
Strong working knowledge of the travel industry.
Proven experience as corporate travel manager
Excellent decisionmaking skills with the ability to assess multiple options and to identify the best choice to

serve a specified goal.
