Providing solutions to different problems of customers by taking the help of different internal tools.

  • Having product understanding and helping the customers as well with that.
  • Ensure that all the related notes/ call comments are properly documented and suitable information is provided to clients.
  • Coordinating with the internal teams to get the issue resolved.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions & manage and resolve customer complaints.

₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
