Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand the client base.
  • Actively prospect and engage with clients, including travel agencies, corporate clients, and individual travelers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Customize travel itineraries and packages to meet the unique needs and preferences of clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Provide expert destination knowledge and guidance to clients, offering insights on attractions, activities, and cultural experiences.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of travel arrangements and services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to clients, showcasing the value proposition of our offerings.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and retention

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales roles within the travel industry, with a focus on DMC operations in Thailand, Dubai, or Srinagar.
  • Indepth knowledge of the local tourism market, including attractions, accommodations, and transportation options.
  • Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
