Travel Sales Executive - Delhi, Delhi, India - Web Cloud Technology
Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand the client base.
- Actively prospect and engage with clients, including travel agencies, corporate clients, and individual travelers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Customize travel itineraries and packages to meet the unique needs and preferences of clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Provide expert destination knowledge and guidance to clients, offering insights on attractions, activities, and cultural experiences.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of travel arrangements and services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to clients, showcasing the value proposition of our offerings.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales roles within the travel industry, with a focus on DMC operations in Thailand, Dubai, or Srinagar.
- Indepth knowledge of the local tourism market, including attractions, accommodations, and transportation options.
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software
Job Types:

₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
