Key responsibility areas/ duties:


  • To ensure logging of all the calls in the ITSM tool.
  • Respond to incoming calls from customers, clients, and other stakeholders professionally and courteously.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication flow.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns and escalate to the respective department or individual.
  • Work in rotating shifts, including day, evenings, night and weekends.

Skillset/ competencies required including behavioural traits:

  • B.Com/ BA
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Communicate fluently in both English and Hindi.
  • Proficiency in Office Automation tools like Real VNC, Team Viewer etc.
