Key Responsibilities:

Order Management:Process and oversee the fulfilment of customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Shipping Coordination: Arrange and coordinate shipments with carriers, track deliveries, and handle any shipping issues that may arise.

Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with the warehouse team for stock replenishment, and maintain accurate inventory records.

Documentation:Prepare and manage shipping documents, invoices, and customs paperwork as required.

Customer Service:Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any potential delays or issues.

Vendor Management:Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely receipt of goods and resolve any discrepancies or issues.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline logistics processes and improve overall efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of logistics and inventory management software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Pay:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
