Manage outbound healthcare calls in a timely manner. (No Sales & No Target)
Identify Patient needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
Should have good typing skills and knowledge of MS Office
Strong written and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
Pay:
₹18, ₹24,000.00 per month
