It isa Innovative Fintech StartUp backed with developed product testedand Starting from scratch of vision of reaching to newheights.



    Requirements

    RolesandResponsibilities:

    StrategicPlanning: Setting the companys overall direction goals andstrategies to ensure longterm success andgrowth.

    FinancialManagement: Overseeing financial operations including budgetingforecasting financial reporting and ensuring regulatorycompliance.

    RiskManagement: Identifying assessing and managing various financialrisks such as credit risk market risk and operationalrisk.

    InvestmentDecisions: Making decisions about where to allocate the companyscapital including investments in assets projects oracquisitions.

    StakeholderRelations: Building and maintaining relationships with investorsshareholders regulators and other key stakeholders to ensuretransparency andtrust.

    Leadership andTeam Management: Providing leadership and direction to the companysemployees fostering a positive and productive work environment andattracting and retaining toptalent.

    BusinessDevelopment: Identifying new business opportunities partnershipsand markets to drive revenue growth and expand the companysreach.

    Compliance andRegulatory Affairs: Ensuring compliance with all relevant financialregulations and laws as well as staying uptodate on changes inregulations that may affect the companysoperations.

    CorporateGovernance: Upholding high standards of corporate governance andethical conduct throughout theorganization.



    Roles and Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Setting thecompany's overall direction, goals, and strategies to ensurelong-term success and growth. Financial Management: Overseeingfinancial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financialreporting, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Risk Management:Identifying, assessing, and managing various financial risks, suchas credit risk, market risk, and operational risk. InvestmentDecisions: Making decisions about where to allocate the company'scapital, including investments in assets, projects, oracquisitions. Stakeholder Relations: Building and maintainingrelationships with investors, shareholders, regulators, and otherkey stakeholders to ensure transparency and trust. Leadership andTeam Management: Providing leadership and direction to thecompany's employees, fostering a positive and productive workenvironment, and attracting and retaining top talent. BusinessDevelopment: Identifying new business opportunities, partnerships,and markets to drive revenue growth and expand the company's reach.Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: Ensuring compliance with allrelevant financial regulations and laws, as well as stayingup-to-date on changes in regulations that may affect the company'soperations. Corporate Governance: Upholding high standards ofcorporate governance and ethical conduct throughout theorganization.
