You'll play a crucial role in assisting customers with selecting the perfect eyewear, ensuring precise measurements, and offering expert advice on lenses and frames.

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting and Assisting Customers:
Welcome customers as they enter the shop and provide friendly, personalized assistance throughout their visit.

Frame Selection:
Guide customers in selecting frames that suit their style preferences and facial features while considering their prescription requirements.

Measurement and Fitting:
Accurately measure customers' facial dimensions and ensure frames fit perfectly, providing adjustments as needed.

Order Processing:
Assist customers in ordering prescription glasses and contact lenses, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Appointment Scheduling:
Coordinate follow-up appointments for customers, ensuring their eyecare needs are met efficiently.

Frame Adjustments:
Make necessary adjustments to frames when customers collect their glasses to ensure comfort and proper fit.

Pre-Screening Tests:

Conduct pre-screening tests such as retinal imaging, pressure testing, and visual field testing to assist customers in understanding their eye health.


Product Knowledge:
Explain the features, benefits, and offers associated with various eyewear products to customers, helping them make informed decisions.

Payment Handling:
Process payments accurately and efficiently, providing customers with receipts and any necessary documentation.


Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the optical industry.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.

Knowledge of eyewear products, lens types, and frame styles.

Detail-oriented with excellent measurement and fitting abilities.

Proficiency in conducting pre-screening tests is an advantage.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Basic computer skills for order processing and appointment scheduling.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹10, ₹25,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
