    Assistant Manager - Ahmedabad, India - Promaynov Advisory Services Pvt. Ltd

    Description

    Reference JD :
    Knowledgeable of IGAAP and IndAS accounting and related aspects.
    Preparation of Financial statements, Tax Audit report and related schedules along with relevant back up.
    Manage balance sheet reconciliations and ensure timely resolution and clean-up of overdue items identified as part of prep work.

    Lead and Manage end to end audit for the client including liaison with Auditors & clients, follow up for audit issues and implement corrective action if any.

    Working knowledge of tax provisions from accounting perspective viz TDS, Payroll compliances, Advance tax computation etc.

    Independently handle and manage Resolve Tax accounting related issues and disputes, escalate as required or co-ordinate with various team/department to resolve.

    Good knowledge on capitalization, computation of depreciation under companies Act and Income tax act, various tax provisions for assets etc.

    Review of General ledger, books of account to ensure completeness and accuracy
    Ensure proper and timely accounting, periodic closing, MIS / dashboard for activity tracking / deliverables to clients.
    Working on SAP / ERP environment.
    Prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.
    Good oral and written communication skills for liaison with client, client partners, statutory auditor's and other stakeholders.
    Stakeholder management - multifaceted with an ability to manage multiple stakeholders for accounting, Standalone Financial statements, Tax audit etc.
    Problem solving and conflict management skills,
    Ability to manage and lead a team for timely accounting and related compliances
    Ability to handle, manage and understanding of nuances of voluminous data
    Strong logical and analytical skills
