Assembling, arranging data in Excel- 2. Doing research to gather data.- 3. Extracting the data from portal- 4. Checking the accuracy of all documents and information, and notifying the supervisor of any mistakes or discrepancies.- 5. Establishing frequent backups and digital databases to store data.- 6. Maintaining databases, archives, and filing systems up to date.- 7. Database monitoring, review, and error or consistency correction.- 8. Creating and exporting spreadsheets, documents, and data reports as necessary.
