Job Overview

  • Develop and curate engaging content for various social media platforms.
  • Creating graphics, writing blog posts, or producing short videos,
  • Ensuring the content aligns with the brand's voice and objectives.
  • Schedule and post content across different social media channels like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, depending on the company's target audience.
  • Monitor social media channels for customer queries, comments, and reviews.
  • Respond to these interactions in a timely and professional manner to foster a positive community and add value to the user experience.
  • Track the performance of social media posts and campaigns using analytics tools.
  • Compile reports on metrics like engagement rates, follower growth, and content reach to understand the effectiveness of strategies.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends and tools.
  • Research competitors and industry leaders to understand best practices and emerging trends.
  • Work closely with other departments, like marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive social media strategy that supports overall business goals.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns, including idea brainstorming, content planning, and postcampaign analysis.
  • Perform routine administrative tasks as needed, such as organizing content calendars, maintaining digital files, and coordinating with external vendors or influencers.
  • Continuously test and learn which types of content perform best for the audience, and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings, contributing ideas and feedback, and taking the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals.
