**EY-Project Management Office

MENA Senior**As part of our GDS MENA ERP team, you will need to support as PMO for various ERP engagements including implementation, support, business development

The opportunity
We're looking for Senior with expertise in PMO to join the group of our MENA ERP Team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm whilst being instrumental in the growth of our service offering.

Your key responsibilities

Run the PM office for various engagements
Provide support to plan the project based on a defined need

- results in detailed scope/budget/schedule baseline.

Develop/Support in the creation of detailed program/project plans and scheduling; keep track of quality standards, deliverables, and dependencies.

To qualify for the role, you must have

5+ years of experience in a project management /PMO role.
Atleast two SAP and or Oracle ERP implementation experience
Solid proficiency in project management methodologies including waterfall, scrum, scaled agile
Demonstrable understanding of change management.
Work within defined governance processes and adhere to all the security and organisational policies.
Experience working on complex projects and programmes.
Experience running steering committee meetings.
Support analysis of program/project metrics and generate reports pertaining to resources, critical paths, project schedules, budget v/s actual spend, dependencies.
Experience in publish program health dashboards/ MIS reports to various stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Project, JIRA.
Strong knowledge of MS office tools.
Experience working with global teams.
Strong team working skills across matrixes client, supplier, and geographically dispersed virtual team.
Knowledge in Power BI/ data analytical skills will be an added advantage.
Prepared to travel on short notice.

Ideally, you'll also have

Graduate/master's in management
PMP/Prince 2 certified
CSM/Agile certified
