We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our Apprenticeship Program as Recruitment Assistants.

Throughout the program, you will work closely with our team of experienced recruiters, gaining exposure to various aspects of the recruitment process and contributing to real-world projects.

The apprenticeship program at Recruiting Genie is a 12-month commitment, during which you will receive on-the-job training and mentorship. This timeframe will allow you to learn and grow alongside experienced professionals in the field.

Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team, such as drafting job descriptions, preparing reports, and managing recruitmentrelated documentation.
Stay Updated: Stay informed about industry trends, recruitment best practices, and changes in employment laws to ensure compliance and enhance the recruitment process.

Requirements:

Education: Graduation in a commerce/ business or in related field.
Passion for Recruitment: Strong interest in the field of recruitment, with a desire to learn and develop skills in this area.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, supporting team members and contributing to shared goals.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment, and quickly adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
