Responsibilities:

Generate and send out customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
Follow up on overdue payments and communicate with customers to resolve payment discrepancies.
Monitor customer accounts, conduct account reconciliations, and update records as needed.
Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to billing and payments.
Prepare and analyze aging reports to identify delinquent accounts and implement collection strategies.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to streamline the invoicing and receivables process.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communicate effectively with the finance team.
Assist in the monthend closing process by providing necessary reports and reconciliations.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or in a similar role.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Proficient in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.

Salary:
₹30, ₹37,106.49 per month
