**Shift Timing: 11am-8 pm Monday

    Location: Sector 68, Noida, Uttar Pradesh

The position of Business Development Executive in the field of Domestic IT Recruitment Services.

Position:
BDE/BDM- Domestic Recruitment

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for driving business growth and meetings.
  • Ownership of fullrecruitment cycle and delivery.
  • Conduct regular formal reviews with Clients to ensure that Clients are satisfied with the service delivered.
  • Stay uptodate on industry trends and best practices in Domestic IT recruitment to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirement

  • 2 to 6 years of experience in domestic IT Staffing Services and leading large Client support engagements
  • Superior project
- and time-management abilities

  • Expert communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Should be from IT Domestic Staffing Industry Only
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a highperforming team.
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Experience in
  • Experience in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

Pay:
₹35, ₹65,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

Contract Staffing: 3 years (required)
Domestic Recruitment: 3 years (required)
