  • 5 years experience in customer service or similar role
  • Minimum experience:
  • 23 years experience in retail industry

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Skillset:

  • Good communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office
- familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Profile introduction:


As a Customer Service Executive, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service in a retail environment.

You will interact with customers on a daily basis, assisting them with inquiries, purchases, and resolving any issues they may have.

Your ability to communicate effectively and maintain a positive attitude will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with our clientele.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet customers and provide friendly, attentive service.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about products, pricing, and availability.
  • Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Restock shelves and maintain inventory levels.
  • Provide customers with information on promotions, discounts, and special offers.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:


  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or retail sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with pointofsale (POS) systems.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
