Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Answering customer questions and providing information about services.
  • Identifying new sales leads by researching and identifying potential customers.
  • Scheduling appointments and followup calls.

  • Collaborating with other teams such as marketing and customer to ensure customer satisfaction.
