In a nutshell, the YME Cluster is a lean, agile, modular and consumer-focused team creating platform-agnostic content for the Indian youth.


What will you do ?:

Content Curation and Analysis: Stay current with international content trends, both in English and other languages, to ensure our programming remains engaging and relevant. Regularly analyze BARC data and monitor competitor activities to inform programming decisions

Content Selection and Planning: Collaborate in the selection of content and contribute to the creation of the Final Programming Cycle (FPC). Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop and execute innovative programming strategies and ideas

Communication and Coordination: Prepare and distribute monthly programming highlights and promotional briefs. Develop secondary programming elements such as trivia, fillers, and additional content

Scheduling and Execution:Understand scheduling dynamics to effectively plan and execute programming schedules. Coordinate with internal teams including Operations, Marketing, PR, Sales, and On-Air Promotions (OAP). Drive and oversee the execution of programming and scheduling strategies for both Comedy Central and Colors Infinity

Professional Experience:Applicants must have demonstrated experience in programming, scheduling, or content curation within the entertainment sector
