Description
Responsibilities:
- Able to handle a team of 1520 people and also do suitable recruitments and changes wherever required.
- Shall be able to take up targets for multiple products and services.
- Articulate product positioning to both sales teams and external customers, including competitor substitutions.
- Shall be responsible for representing our company with full enthusiasm and passion.
- The individual has to ensure coordination amongst residential sales engineers in PAN INDIA level.
- Understanding the industrial requisitions (power plants, cement, steel ,oil&gas) in the allregion.
- Creating networks for revenue generation.
- To achieve the desired targets for complete Sales Team by implementing productive protocols and operating procedures.
- Streamlining customer relationship management.
- Travelling for Pan India level, Market research and trend analysis, managerial skills.
- Prompt submission of daily/weekly/monthly/annual sales reports and projections.
- Strategizing business pipelines and revenue streams for existing business verticals.
- Synchronizing the entire sales team to be driven towards achieving the objectives for overall growth.
Eligibility Criteria:
- B.E./B.TECH/M TECH/ MBA in Any Stream
- 510' Experience in the field.
- Age: under 35 years

Salary:
₹60, ₹70,000.00 per month
Pay:
₹600, ₹700,000.00 per year
