About usIn this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and validating client data by doing auditing, generating orders, and creating Invoices.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to customer queries
- Checking invoices received from agents in different jurisdictions for correctness, invoice generation for new clients
- Demonstrates effective, clear, and professional written and oral communication
- Maintains acceptable performance metrics such as quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance
- Actively seek solutions through logical reasoning
- Demonstrates strong problemsolving capabilities and assists customers in case of any issues
- Provide excellent customer service to our customers
- Exhibit a capacity for critical thinking and analysis.
- Showcase proved work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger collaborative environment
- Ensuring deadlines are met and followup with stakeholders on commitments
- Verbal and written communication skills
Requirements:
Educational Qualifications:
B. Com/ M. Com/ BE/BTECH
Experience: - 3 years
Skills and Requirements:
- Responsible for coordinating with our worldwide clients to provide solutions for their patent renewal payments.
- Ensure timely payments of Patent Annuities to various patent offices in various countries
- Generate reports and track deadlines and prioritize payments by coordinating with various stakeholders internally and externally.
- Ensuring deadlines are met and followup with stakeholders on commitments
- Maintain data in our inhouse annuity payment system
- Willingness to learn about the Intellectual property domain, and understand rules and regulations around renewal fees for patents
- Checking invoices received from agents in different jurisdictions for correctness, invoice generation for new clients
- Develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships
- Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Good organizational skills with attention to deadlines and details
- Excellent command of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Should be a team player, serviceoriented
